As of March 2, 2024, the company’s registered capital was 45.00 million baht, fully paid-up. By August 29, 2024, the registered capital increased to 100.00 million baht. The company engages in residential real estate development in Thailand, primarily driven by the Kittisuban family, with Mr. Phuwanun Kittisuban as the key executive. He has extensive expertise and over 10 years of experience in developing various types of real estate projects such as single-family homes, home offices, commercial buildings, and condominiums.
The company currently develops residential projects in Bangkok, particularly in the areas of Ratchadaphisek Road, Rama 2 Road, and expanding into areas with industrial growth, such as Gateway City Industrial Estate in Plaeng Yao District, Chachoengsao Province, and other potential locations to diversify risks across different areas. Operating under the concept “Life Is Yours,” the company has received positive feedback from consumers, thanks to its distinctive approach to Facade design, house design, project layout, space utilization within houses and condominiums, and the integration of technology with home amenities. The company began its real estate development with The Capital Thamai-Kanchanaburi project, under the management of Your Corporation Limited. This project, which commenced in September 2018, is a commercial building development comprising 10 units, located along Asian Highway No. 123 in Thamai Subdistrict, Kanchanaburi Province. The company began recognizing revenue from real estate sales from late 2018 onwards. Following the success and positive reception of this project, the company expanded into condominium development on Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok, launching The Collect Ratchada 32 in February 2019. This condominium project comprises 64 units located on Ratchadaphisek Road, Bangkok.
Simultaneously, the company expanded its customer base to include factory workers in Gateway City Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao Province, and 304 Industrial Park, Prachinburi Province. This led to the Home@Sanamchai Khet project, under the management of Deving Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in which Your holds a 99% stake. This project, launched in September 2021 and available for sale in May 2022, expanded the scope to include single houses, which were in demand, totaling 11 units located in Sanamchai Khet District, Chachoengsao Province.
Recognizing the continued potential for growth in the Bangkok metropolitan area, the company launched a new project under the management of Pixel Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in which it holds a 99% stake. This project, Gravitia Rama 2-Tha Kham, began construction in August 2023 and opened for sale in August 2024. It comprises 31 home office units located on Rama 2 Road, Tha Kham Subdistrict, Bang Khun Thian District, Bangkok.
In 2024, the company launched two additional projects: 1) Craft Ratchada 32, under the management of Siam Ratchadamri Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in which it holds a 99% stake. Construction began in April 2024, with sales commencing in July 2024. This project comprises 70 condominium units located on Ratchadaphisek Road, Chantharakasem Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok. 2) Calm Ratchada 32, construction began in June 2024, with sales starting in September 2024. This luxury housing project consists of 4 units located on Ratchadaphisek Road, Chantharakasem Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok.
For 2024, the company plans to launch an additional project: Calm Ratchada-Ladprao, under the management of Abacus Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in which it holds a 99% stake. Construction began in September 2024, with sales scheduled to commence in December 2025. This luxury housing project comprises 4 units located on Ratchadaphisek Road, Chantharakasem Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok.
